From the Home page, you can go directly to look at your Users, Groups or Courses using the buttons at the top. You can also use the navigation buttons on the left hand side when you are inside the app.
This will take you to the dashboard from where you can view progress and completion of courses by your learners and groups. To make changes like editing users, creating groups or assigning courses click Edit in the top right. In Edit mode, the page header bar is green.
The left navigation shows you the top level of your organisation.
- Users is all the users in your organisation, including those in no group and those you have archived
- Groups is all the groups that are set up in your organisation
- Products is all the products your organisation is using, and your licences; you can see all the courses that are available to your organisation to. There is nothing to edit here.
Click on a user or group to see what editing options are available. These will appear on the right hand side.
Click on a group to view its Learners, Tutors and Courses.
To exit a group and return to your list of groups click on < All groups in the header bar.
To exit Edit mode and return to viewing progress data, click Done in the top right.
