See who has completed a course and when

In the dashboard you can easily see which users have completed a course and when.

To see users in a particular group:

• enter the group and go to the Courses tab
• click on the course you would like to see
• all the users in the group will be listed.

To see all users in all your groups:

• click on Courses on the left hand side
• click on the course you would like to see
• all users in all your groups will be listed.

For each learner you can see:

• Progress through the course (% learning activities complete)
• Scores achieved on the end of course test
• Self-evaluation scores given by users
• When the user was last active

Users who have completed the course have a blue tick next to them. To see which users have completed the course, you can sort the list by 'Completed' status.

To see when each user completed the course, go to the Activity tab and sort by 'Completed' status.

Download completion data

You can download all the data from this page as a spreadsheet so you can manipulate the data or import into other systems. 

On the right hand side, go to Download data. Download the Course summary (xlsx) or the more detailed Course details (xlsx).
