See who has been active recently

Sort by last active

Lists of users will let you sort by 'Last active'. Sorting by last activity let's you see quickly which users have been active most recently. Conversely, by sorting in ascending order of last activity shows you the users who haven't been active at all.

Active in last 7 days

The right hand side of the dashboard shows you how many of your learners have been active in the last 7 days. This is a quick overview of the recent level of engagement by users in your group or whole organisation.

Active groups

If you have multiple groups, your list of groups shows a 'Last active' date for each group. This is the most recent date that a learner in that group completed a learning activity. This way you can see which groups have been engaging recently.
