Track course completions online
One of the best features of IAPS Digital Academy is the online dasboard, which lets managers keep track of all their staff members. You can see who has completed a particular course and when, who has been active recently and also how each individual is progressing through all of their courses. You can arrange learners into groups and even download reports and learning records. Schools find this information invaluable because it helps them identify engaged and disengaged learners.
Live data on key metrics
Whether you're looking at a group, a course or an individual learner, tutors always have live data on our four key metrics:
- Progress: how far a learner has got through the course; the percentage of learning activities they've completed
- Scores: the scores achieved on the end of course test; this is like a grade for the course
- Last active: the date a learner last completed a learning activity
- Self-evaluation: the learners own 1-5 rating for the module for understanding, confidence and enjoyment
Full detail on every learner
For every learner in your cohort you can quickly see how many courses they have completed (and therefore how many badges they have earned), how many courses they have started and when they were last active. For every course they've started you can also see their level of engagement (progress), their scores and how well they enjoyed the course. This gives you a full, detailed view of every learner you're responsible for.
Find top performers and disengaged learners
If you've asked your trainees to complete the course "Child Protection", the online dashboard gives you a list of everyone who has started and finished and when they last visited the course. By sorting the list you can quickly find those that have done the work and those that haven't yet engaged. Every list of learners will tell you how many courses they've started and completed so you always know who the top performers are.
Download reports and learning records
Wherever you are in the dashboard you can download the data you see as an Excel spreadsheet. This is great for manipulating data or for importing into other systems. There's a formatted PDF 'learning record' available to download for each learner as a transcript of their course completions (great for evidence). There's also an 'Overview' report that provides all the information about your organisation in one spreadsheet. This includes a matrix of all modules and all users (so you can see where the most engagement is) and a readout of all module completions by date.
